2005-2018

Tina served as the Founder and CEO of CCcreative for 15 years. CCcreative specialized in developing creative ideas and advertising designs for renowned multinational corporations such as Coca-Cola, VBL, Abbott, Nutifood, United Pharma, and Pfizer….

2019 - 2020

• Tina began her entrepreneurial journey in real estate in 2019 as a broker, collaborating with Keller Williams Vietnam (KWVN) – a leading real estate distribution brand from the U.S.
• Here, Tina received comprehensive training and was equipped with in-depth knowledge from one of the top names in the industry. With relentless effort and support from her team, Tina quickly overcame initial challenges, asserting her capabilities in the highly competitive real estate brokerage field.

• After one year, Tina transitioned to MLand Vietnam with the desire to expand her sales opportunities and gain further knowledge in a larger-scale real estate environment. During her time there, Tina continuously honed her experience by learning from seasoned colleagues and developing her sales skills for premium real estate projects. Driven by a strong desire for success and a relentless pursuit of knowledge, Tina quickly mastered high-end sales techniques, opening up many new career opportunities.
• In 2020, Tina was honored to be selected to join the Alpha Star Club, a prestigious group for the top sales agents of Alpha King. Here, Tina received specialized training to become a leading professional real estate broker.

2020 - 2022

During her three years at Whitemark, Tina played a key role in developing and managing the luxury real estate brokerage team. Beyond contributing to team building and management, Tina also enhanced service quality and significantly expanded the company's client network.

Tina's notable achievements at Whitemark:

• Recognized as "Whitemark Best Manager."
• Became a professional investment consultant for high-end clients, particularly in high-value investments in luxury apartments, villas, and penthouses.

Every journey comes to an end, and Tina officially left Whitemark when the company relocated to Dubai. In late 2022, Tina embarked on a new chapter in her career at ERA Vietnam.

2022-2024

Tina took on the role of Project Director for Grand Marina, Saigon, and has since become the Head of the ERA_TINA Division at ERA Vietnam.

With a mission to spread the spirit of real estate brokerage, Tina has focused on sales, training, and developing a professional team. She continuously enhances her expertise and gains valuable experience from each successful transaction. Every opportunity is seen as a valuable lesson, helping Tina refine her skills and further develop herself.

Thanks to her dedication and relentless effort, Tina has steadily proven her capabilities, achieving remarkable milestones in her career.

Tina's achievements at ERA Vietnam:

• Project Director for Grand Marina, Saigon, a luxury branded real estate project, achieving impressive sales success and positive recognition from the developer.
• Ranked 8th among the Top 10 Agents with the highest sales at ERA Vietnam in 2022.
• Promoted to Head of Division after just one year at ERA Vietnam.

In addition to her role as a broker, Tina consistently tracks and updates real estate industry trends to provide clients with clear, well-founded investment advice and guidance.
